Interim history (iincluding adverse effects of medications, Review SOB, cough, Sputum, hemoptysis, fever)

Consider repeat lab testing including repeat CXR if appropriate (see below)

1. CXR should be repeated if patient is worse, (if not repeated since discharge)

2. If patient is stable or improving, repeat CXR every few weeks until infiltrate(s) are clear. CXR improvement will lag behind clinical improvement.
